Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

partisans destroyed a Russian military plane

The Belarusian opposition in exile reported that partisans destroyed a Russian plane at an airfield near Minsk.
“Supporters… have confirmed the success of a special operation to blow up a rare Russian aircraft at Machulishchi airfield near Minsk,” tweeted Franak Vyachorka, an adviser to opposition leader Sviatlana Tikhanovskaya.
“This is the most successful sabotage since the start of 2022,” he added.
The two Belarusian citizens who carried out the operation used drones, he said, adding that they had already left the country safely.
Vyachorka did not specify which Russian plane he was talking about, but said its cost was 330 million euros.
According to media close to the opposition, it would be an A-50 reconnaissance plane.
