Mikhail Turetsky reported that he really received an offer to stay in the United States. However, the founder of the Turetsky Choir refused the prospect, saying that “not everyone was ready to leave their homeland, even for some kind of stable and confident tomorrow. Even in London.”
The showman emphasized that, first of all, he made the decision for himself. His father, Boris Turetsky, loved Russia and ended the war in Berlin.
