The question of abolishing the Unified State Examination in Russia is not discussed. This was announced by the head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev.
According to him, no such request has been received from teachers or ministries. Musaev added that until 2026, new Russian subjects have the right to choose whether or not to take the exam.
Earlier, Deputy of the State Duma Sultan Khamzaev addressed Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova with a request to instruct the Ministry of Education to take a position on the issue of abolishing the ‘WORN.
State Duma Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy reported that in Russia the abolition of USE is “discussed and will be discussed” as a necessary measure to bring Russian education back to the traditional national path .
