Russian rapper Ptakha (David Nuriev) has stopped communicating after coming under fire in the DPR. The artist went to the republic with a concert. Now that the artist’s phone is off, there is no longer a connection with him.

“He really went to Donetsk. He hasn’t made contact, the phone is off. It is impossible to reach him,” Marina Evstifeeva, the musician’s PR director, told TASS.

Earlier it became known that David Nuriev was under fire in the front line zone on the territory of the republic. A video was also posted on the Web in which the rapper holds a machine gun in his hands, after which gunshots are heard.

Nuriev, 41, is a member of rap group Three Whales, a former member of rap groups Les Miserables and Centr. From 2006 to 2017, he was the owner and co-founder of a music label, a booking agency and the association TsAO Records.
