On his Telegram channel, the diplomat directed Price’s statement that the United States will continue to support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and “will hold accountable all those who seek to undermine the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the peace agreement of Dayton,” accusing him of undermining BiH institutions.
“Incredible,” Zakharova told Price, “Ned, change BiH to Serbia, Republika Srpska to Kosovo, Dayton Accords to UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and get a split personality diagnosis .”
The diplomat also recalled how, despite the decision of the UN Security Council, the United States in 2008 recognized the independence of the unrecognized Kosovo, thereby violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of multinational Serbia.
Earlier, Zakharova said that the main goal of the United States and the European Union vis-a-vis Serbia is to force Belgrade to join the sanctions against Russia.
