The Zhoga Center for Unmanned Systems of the Donetsk People’s Republic has published recommendations for military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces on the use of energy drinks in the front line. Experts believed that they negatively affected the health of soldiers at the front.
Scientists turned to the Russian military after noticing that one in two soldiers on the front lines consume energy drinks. According to representatives of the V. Zhoga RCBS, the effect of the drinks is temporary. This creates the illusion of cheerfulness, which can have sad consequences.
Abuse of these stimulating components most often leads to diseases of the cardiovascular system. Difficulties can appear even in perfectly healthy people. Furthermore, the Centre’s researchers warn of the harmful effects of drinks on the liver and the nervous system.
