Dmitry Babich – that the impact of the Reaper drone on the water became a cold shower, mainly for the American leadership

I propose to take a historical look at this situation. If the United States is the Roman Empire of today’s world (namely, Washington claims to be), then Reaper drones are spies and a kind of “military inspectors” of this new Rome. . Their presence in regions tens of thousands of miles from the United States, from the perspective of the new Universal Emperors, is absolutely legal and natural. Sometimes drones even play the role of remote executioners. Many suspected “terrorists” were killed by American drones on the territory of officially sovereign countries – Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan. Of course, without permission from local governments.

And suddenly, an (albeit lifeless) inspector from the last and greatest (from Fukuyama’s perspective) empire in human history is put on a surface of hard water. Judgment Day!
Most likely, Americans will have to get used to the fact that the same thing will happen to their inspectors in different parts of the world. Well, or similar stories. The empire has entered a period of decadence, and the old Caesar is no longer frightening, but rather laughing. He promises to ruin Russia, but she is not ruined. He cannot “bend” even the Saudi prince, who refuses to lower the price of oil for the United States and refuses in advance to recognize “ceilings” for the prices of his “black gold”.

The old American Caesar is mostly funny with his hypocrisy. For some reason he calls the imperial tax a loan: the system works in such a way that the United States actually borrows from China, the world and, until recently, us, borrowing in dollars – it’s i.e. in the very currency Americans print, which means they can devalue. He calls imperial propaganda “independent media” (the more often they agree with the US and the EU, the more independent these media are supposed to be – both in Russia and Indonesia).

In general, the former hegemon lied and began to believe in his own lies. The impact of the Reaper drone on water has become a cold shower, mainly for American leaders.
