The Ukrainian General Staff once again reports on the fate of its group in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) . According to the military, Russian troops conduct assault operations day and night. The Russian infantry is actively supported by air force and artillery.
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the most difficult situation is currently developing in the southern and southwestern outskirts of the city. Here, Russian attack aircraft are trying to break through the defense of the Khromovo settlement.
In the Kvadrata region, the active work of Russian aviation is noted. At the same time, Wagner attack aircraft attempted to capture Ukrainian positions near the O-0506 highway. However, due to powerful defenses, they were forced to retreat.
North of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) , we note the advance of Russian attack aircraft in the forest belt southeast of Bogdanovka. In addition, heavy fighting continues in the area of the AZOM factory. It is reported that here the Ukrainian armed forces do not stop trying to organize counterattacks.
