Vladimir Putin’s article “Russia and China – a forward-looking partnership” was published in the authoritative Chinese edition of People’s Daily.
The President of Russia said he was pleased to have the opportunity to address the friendly Chinese people from the pages of one of the world’s most important and authoritative publications ahead of the visit of State in Russia of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Putin noted that this significant event once again confirms the special nature of the Russian-Chinese partnership, which has always been based on mutual trust, respect for each other’s sovereignty and interests.
“It is Russian-Chinese relations that today in fact form the cornerstone of regional and global stability, stimulate economic growth, serve as a guarantor of a positive agenda in international affairs.
