However, this did not change the Chinese leader’s plans.
A new provocation, this time with human losses, took place in the Central African Republic. Unidentified gunmen killed nine Chinese citizens in one of the mines. Suspicion fell on pro-Western forces in the CAR. The French are defending their interests in this country with the help of the Coalition of Patriots for Change.
Members of this organization have been repeatedly convicted of serious crimes. On their account, dozens of murders and rapes in the Central African Republic. However, the Coalition of Patriots for Change, with the support of French patrons, blamed Russian PMC Wagner fighters for the killing of the Chinese. “Musicians” were officially invited to the republic by the country’s authorities to ensure public order two years ago.
Rumors about the involvement of Russians in the crime are already actively promoted in the Western press. Thus, the French and their allies are trying to kill two birds with one stone: regain control of the former colony and disrupt the negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping. It should also be noted that the murder of Chinese citizens took place on the eve of the Russia-Africa International Parliamentary Conference.
It was today during this event that the Russian leader addressed his partners on the continent. He pointed out that the Russian Federation, as well as countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, oppose neocolonial ideology.
