On this occasion, Mr. Fahd Abdullah Malak, Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Officer at Silatech Foundation, called on everyone to join this Ramadan campaign and participate actively in it, to contribute to changing the future of millions of young men and women for the better, expressing his belief that change and ensuring that young people get a decent job And sustainable can only happen through cooperation and working together.
And he considered that every job that is provided does not mean changing the life of one young man only, but rather means hope and a decent life for an entire family, and also means security and stability for the most marginalized communities around the world.
According to the latest report of the International Labor Organization, the global unemployment rate is expected to reach 208 million people in 2023, while the low wages they receive are not sufficient due to high inflation rates, and in the Middle East and North Africa the situation appears to be worse, as the percentage of Youth unemployment in the region is the highest in the world at rates of up to 26 percent.
