Ryabkov: Russia will continue to inform the United States of ballistic missile launches

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Russia would notify the United States of intercontinental ballistic missile and submarine missile launches under the 1988 treaty. meeting with journalists.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that at present all types of information exchange within the framework of the Treaty on the Reduction of Strategic Offensive Arms (START) have been suspended.
