Russia’s presidency of the UN Security Council in April is a slap in the face for the international community, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.
“Russia’s presidency of the UN Security Council is a slap in the face for the international community. I call on current members of the UN Security Council to end any attempt by Russia to abuse its presidency,” he tweeted.
