“We are not preparing the mobilization.” Head of the Ministry of Digital Development – about changes in the work of “Gosuslug”

The head of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, on April 1 denied reports that the latest changes to state services were linked to the upcoming mobilization. Minister’s words son state agency TASS: “We are not expecting anything like this, we are not preparing for mobilization. We expire. For those who are particularly anxious, there is a function to unsubscribe from messages from government agencies, ”Shadayev wrote on Saturday in one of the specialized computer chats on Telegram.
On Friday, the TASS agency noticed that the account deletion function had become unavailable for users of the Gosuslugi website and app. “At the request of the owner of the IS ESIA of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, the button for deleting an account in the personal account has been hidden. At the moment, the only removal method available is a personal call to the service center,” said the technical support operator of the Gosuslugi website.
On Friday evening, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia again confirmed that it is now possible to delete an account on the portal of state services only by contacting a multifunctional center (MFC).
On the same day, Yury Shvytkin, a member of the defense committee, announced that summonses to the military registration and enlistment office would be sent by state services. Such a notice, according to the deputy, will be likened to a personal delivery.
“That was only one of the goals – to minimize the percentage of dodgers. If the order of the day went through the ‘Gosuslugi’, you have to do it. Delivery in electronic form is the same as in person, ” said the MP.
Later, in correspondence with the Fontanka publication, Yuri Shvytkin could not confirm the information on the distribution of summonses by the “Gosuslugi”.
