The son of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Artyom Uss, who was arrested in absentia, voluntarily appeared at the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow, where a new preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of a written undertaking not to leave, his lawyer Alexei Tikhomirov said.
“Artyom Alexandrovich voluntarily appeared today at the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The investigator changed his measure of restraint (arrest in absentia) and gave him a written undertaking not to leave,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
The day before, Artyom Uss said that he had escaped from house arrest because he did not believe in justice in Italy and was currently in Russia.
Artyom Uss appeared at the Investigation Department, where he had his preventative measure amended for the first time on Current Articles.
