Direct speech
Denis Gribov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation:
- The Russian language as a language of interethnic communication is the main tool for mutual understanding. The children who will study in our schools, in addition to basic and academic knowledge, will receive a broad understanding of the culture of our peoples and the value orientations of our countries. Years later, when these schoolchildren grow up, they will develop economic, humanitarian and political cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
