These different Easter cakes: the best Easter baking recipes

Easter is coming – it’s time to learn and implement recipes for Easter cakes. We offer you some of the most delicious and unusual:

Krafins

These are small cookies. To prepare 8 pieces, you need to take 300 ml of milk, 1 egg, 500 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 15 g of fresh yeast and a small amount of salt. You can add cinnamon (if you like this spice) or finely chopped walnuts.

Add butter, salt, yeast to hot milk. After mixing, add sunflower oil, egg and, stirring, introduce the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and leave to rest for 40 minutes. After the dough is divided into 8 portions, each turned into a bun, cover them with a film. Roll the koloboks as thinly as possible, grease them with hot butter and lightly flavor them with sugar (add cinnamon at this stage). We twist in the longest possible tube. We cut it lengthwise so that it is convenient to roll into a spiral.

We bake the resulting spirals for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Recipe for a quick traditional holiday treat. For 12 mini-cakes you need 400 g of cream cheese, 150 ml of 35% cream, 75 g of white chocolate, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, lemon zest, 1 g of vanilla, 300 g of flour, 4 eggs, 450 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of raisins, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 40 grams of almond crumbs.

Beat the cheese and 100 ml of cream, heat the rest and dissolve the chocolate in it. Then pour this, along with vanilla and cognac, into a container with cheese, beat. Separately, beat the eggs with powdered sugar – until the content doubles.

Beat both in a blender, incorporate the zest, stir. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, beat. Discard the raisins. With this mass we fill two thirds of the oiled form, after sprinkling it with flour. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

On the eve of the holiday, wash the dried fruits and soak them with orange zest in cognac, adding orange juice. During the night, dried fruits are saturated with the aroma and taste of cognac and orange.

First, heat the milk, pour a tablespoon of sugar and yeast into it. Mix, add flour. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream. We leave it for a while – until the content becomes twice as large.

Meanwhile, break the eggs into a container, pour the yolks, put the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and beat everything in a blender or blender. Mix the dough with this mass, mix, introducing flour and hot butter. Blend until smooth. We leave mass for a few hours in a warm place. When it rises, add dried fruit.

We divide what has happened into equal parts, distribute it in the form of forms, cover it with a towel, let it rest a little, then bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

The recipes are designed so that no matter which one you choose (curd, for example, those who follow the number will appreciate), the end result will please you and your loved ones.
