Vladimir’s chief doctors will be banned from working part-time in private clinics

– Published on:

According to the regional Ministry of Health, there are currently 700 public hospitals and polyclinics and 600 private “competitors” in the region. At the same time, Artem Osipov, Minister of Health of the Vladimir region, noted that senior doctors must learn to “compete for the patient”. And this, in turn, will increase the salary of the whole team in the future.

The subject of doctors’ salaries is quite painful in the 33rd region. Therefore, the Ministry of Health wants to gradually equalize the salaries of district doctors with the salaries of the regional center – it is necessary to somehow cope with staff shortages.

Last year, for example, Kovrov’s salaries were “raised”, now they do the same to Aleksandrov, Kirzhach and Petushki. Now, according to Osipov, it is up to the chief doctors, who will have to fulfill the roadmap by increasing the volume of services.

And the absence of other work in private clinics will be a defining moment in the post of chief medical officer. Otherwise, Osipov is sure, some component of corruption appears.
