The draft law on electronic subpoenas has not yet been submitted for the signature of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced by the official representative of the Kremlin and the President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“No,” said Peskov, answering the corresponding question of journalists.
Earlier, the head of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, Valery Fadeev, asked the Ministry of Digital Value and lawmakers to answer controversial questions about electronic diaries.
Recall that the State Duma approved an amendment that involves the creation of a unified register of persons liable for military service. From now on, the military registration register will be constituted automatically and it is also planned to prohibit citizens who have received a summons from leaving the country until they have gone to the military commissariat.
