The register of persons liable for military service in Russia could be launched with the autumn draft. Maksut Shadayev, head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, wrote about this. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
“The exact timing of the launch of the registry will be determined after the law is passed, but, most likely, it will not be possible to fully launch it before the start of the next autumn conscription,” the agency reports.
On the eve of the second reading, the State Duma adopted a draft law on a unified register of military archives. It has been reported that this register is formed by the military commissariats. The new law also provides for the maintenance of electronic subpoenas.
