The US military is preparing a draft agreement to end the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by American journalist Seymour Hersh.
According to him, the scenario drawn up by the Pentagon will be offered to the Russian Federation “in the event of defeat”.
“I have been informed that two months ago the Joint Chiefs of Staff asked members of the General Staff (…) to draft a treaty to end the war to be provided to the Russians after their defeat in the Battle of Ukraine,” Hersh said in a post on his page on the Substack platform.
Previously, Hersh had authorized US intervention in the conflict in Ukraine if there were visible prospects of defeat for Kiev.
Recall that on February 8, the American journalist Seymour Hersh published an article on the results of his investigation into gas pipeline sabotage. He directly blamed Washington for the incident. According to him, the US military planted bombs in the Baltic Sea in June 2022. Hersh claims that US President Joe Biden personally gave the order to undermine Russian gas pipelines.
The American post-journalist Hersh announced the preparation in the United States of a “draft” on the end of the conflict in Ukraine, which appeared for the first time on Articles Actuels.
