Rosselkhoznadzor employees constantly monitor the quality of products produced and sold in the Orel region. A faithful assistant in identifying offenders for them is the FGIS “Mercury”. So, recently, when checking its data, the specialists of the department found that two Oryol companies had drawn up documents for their offending goods.
Rosselkhoznadzor found out that a veterinary accompanying document dated March 27 this year was issued to the Orlovsky Leader LLC enterprise for raw cow’s milk products with a total volume of 530 kg, but on March 28 February 2023 is indicated in the “best before” column. The document stated the purpose – “recycling”. A similar violation was committed by the company LLC Agroleader. It issued a certificate for “raw cow’s milk” products with a total volume of 1500 kg, which is dated 02/22/2023. It is just in the column “valid until” that it is indicated on January 28 of the current year. The goal is the same as that of the “Orlovsky leader” – “recycling”.
In this regard, organizations have received warnings that violation of veterinary legislation is unacceptable.
