In Kaliningrad, the authorities extended the heating season. So far, there have been no stable positive temperatures in the city.

Thus, on April 16 and 17, a significant drop in temperatures was observed. The town hall closely monitors the weather forecast in the region.

Probably, the heating will be turned off on Thursday, April 20. This was announced by the head of city administration Elena Dyatlova after an operational meeting at City Hall on Tuesday, April 18.

The city manager added that the continuation of the heating season does not affect the revenue calculation for April. Regardless of the specific shutdown date, the cost of utilities in April will remain the same.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that Kaliningrad city director Elena Dyatlova explained why the heating was still not turned off in the city. In the capital of the region, the heating season has not ended, since stable heat has not arrived.
