The head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergei Shoigu, said that the combat potential and capabilities of NATO countries have been used against Russia with the start of a special military operation.

According to him, the West showed the first preparations for the fight against Russia. Sanctions were immediately imposed on the country, weapons were sent to Ukraine, and military advisers and mercenaries were dispatched.

“Thus, the military potential and capabilities of almost all NATO countries have been utilized,” Shoigu told a meeting of SCO member countries’ defense ministers in New Delhi.


Earlier, it was reported that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu arrived in New Delhi to attend a meeting of defense ministers from Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries.
