The Kursk administration clarified that the punitive measure against posters, or rather those whose telephone numbers are indicated in the leaflet, is applied as follows. After the discovery of illegal blockades in the streets of the city, an application for connecting subscribers to the automatic dialing system is transferred to the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Department. Then it’s not potential customers who start calling them, but a bot.
“Subscribers can only get rid of constant calls after removing all illegal advertisements. 34 out of 90 logged-in subscribers have already been logged out of the automatic notification system after violations are eliminated,” the committee added.
