The family of a worker who died in 2015 during the reconstruction of the Berlin Bridge has managed to recover compensation from the construction company. The wife and children received more than 2.5 million rubles.
The plaintiffs pointed out that in January 2015, as a result of a violation of safety rules for construction work, a horizontal fragment of the bridge collapsed. Following this collapse, several employees of the construction company, including a relative of the plaintiffs, died on the spot.
In court, they demanded to recover from Spetsmost LLC compensation for moral damage, one-time monetary compensation, as well as one-time monetary compensation in the amount of the deceased’s annual income for the calendar year.
As a result, the Moscow District Court sided with the plaintiffs and fully granted their claim. This was reported by the press service of the Kaliningrad Regional Court.
Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that the police managed to arrest an employee of one of Gusev’s schools. A man is accused of stealing school network equipment.
