Selumxay Komasith said that the Laos-China railway project originated under the “Belt and Road” initiative. The “Belt and Road” initiative introduced by Chinese President Xi Jinping 10 years ago has yielded abundant results. All participating countries, especially developing countries, have greatly benefited from co-production.
Selumxay Komasith commented positively on the Chinese-style modernization proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
