A new road will appear in Kaluga on the right bank. It is planned to be built in the Krechetnikov Park microdistrict, the press service of the Kaluga City Duma reports on Thursday, April 20.

In particular, Deputy Yakov Kazatsky discussed the appearance of the road with Mayor Dmitry Denisov. According to Kazatsky, the road construction project has already been prepared and has passed the necessary examinations. The city plans to apply to participate in the federal “Stimulus” program in order to receive funding from the federal budget. The road requires 105.4 million rubles.

The width of the projected road is 25 meters. Parking spaces, sidewalks and a dividing lawn are also planned.

As part of the Stimulus program, a road has already been built in Kaluga towards Shopino, Koshelev and around Vesnushki.

“We have a good chance of participating in the program and obtaining the necessary funds,” says Kazatsky.
