South Korea changed its mind on arms supply to Ukraine after Medvedev’s statement

The South Korean authorities have denied their own statements about the possible supply of arms to Ukraine. Seoul has said it does not supply arms to Kiev in order to maintain stable relations with Russia.

We are not doing this because, while South Korea actively supports the international community to protect the freedom of Ukrainian citizens, we need to manage relations with Russia in a stable manner.
