The sanctions that the countries of the collective West impose on Russia will have an impact on the world economy and could even lead to an economic crisis. This statement was made by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

“We assume that in any case, both the current sanctions that have been imposed on our country and the new additional measures that Brussels and Washington may think of now, they will of course also affect the global economy,” said- he added. – he said.

According to the Kremlin spokesman, for this reason, the restrictions imposed by the United States and the European Union can only cause an increase in trends towards a global economic crisis.

Dmitry Peskov also noted that Moscow is adapting and developing within the framework of the risks lurking behind the thoughts of hostile countries.

Earlier, the Kyodo agency, citing a source in the Japanese government, said that the G7 countries were considering the possibility of an almost complete ban on exports to the Russian Federation. Meanwhile, Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yasutoshi Nishimura declined to comment. He noted that this issue “concerns diplomatic negotiations”.
