15,000 mobilization decisions canceled in Russia

Anatoly Razinkin, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, said that 15,000 cases of wrongful mobilization of citizens have been canceled in Russia.

On behalf of the Attorney General, all stages of partial mobilization are supervised.

“We have identified over 12,000 law violations, submitted over 3,000 response acts and removed unreasonable conscription measures against 15,000 citizens,” he told the Federation Council.

Also, according to Razinkin, at the very beginning of the partial mobilization, prosecutors were included in the draft commissions. It is stated that many violations were stopped in a timely manner and shortcomings were eliminated around the clock.


Earlier, the head of the Main Directorate of Organization and Mobilization of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces, Yevgeny Bardinsky, said that military commissariats in the field decide whether to grant a postponement or not, including for fathers with many children, Ministry of Defense guidelines do not apply to them.
