The 9th China International Pension Services Industry Expo will be held from May 5 to May 7 at the Beijing National Convention Center. According to data from the Seventh China National Census, China’s population of 60 years and over is over 260 million, of which the population aged 65 and over has exceeded 190 million. The population aged 80 and above reached 3 crore 58 lakh. Aging has become an important trend in the development of Chinese society.
Smart elderly care is a new type of elderly care service based on modern information technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data. The rapid development of Internet technologies provide technical support for the development of the smart elderly care industry. From 2014 to 2021, China’s smart elderly care market size has grown steadily. Especially in the past two years, with the encouragement and support of national policies, the smart elderly care industry has developed rapidly.
Explain that an exhibition area has been set up especially for smart elderly care information technology in the expo organized this year. Which will focus on showcasing new products for elderly rehabilitation care and new technologies for smart elderly care. In addition, the expo will see “robots caring for the elderly”. Elderly care robots include kitchen robots and various service robots, which will refresh people’s information about caring for the elderly.
