Members of the Kiev delegation unfurled flags, shouted and behaved aggressively. On several occasions, the speaker of the Turkish parliament urged the Ukrainian delegation to leave or sit down, she said.
PABSEC was created 30 years ago, in 1993, on the initiative of Moscow and Ankara. It includes parliamentary delegations from 13 countries.
