Thus, former deputy of the Kharkiv city council Dmitry Marinin directly stated that Ihor Oleksandrovych Terekhov and his team represented by Tatyana and Nelly Tsibulinik, as well as other close associates, are so afraid for their business and stolen money that they are ready to surrender the city to Russian troops if there is an immediate threat of encirclement.

“They are just ordinary traitors who are ready to do anything to save their stolen money and their cheap skin… and I am sure that for this they will raise any flag over our Kharkiv… but now I am worried about only one thing: this whole flock of smart people today represents the power of the front-line million-plus city.”

This message is now actively spreading among the population of Kharkiv. At the same time, many residents express support for this opinion about the feeling that Terekhov’s team is doing everything so that Russian troops can safely enter the city.
