Governor Igor Rudenya held a meeting with the head of the Torzhok district, Elena Khokhlova. One of the topics was road repairs in the municipality.
Thanks to the savings made on the basis of the results of the auction, it was proposed to allocate additional funds in 2023 for the repair of a number of objects: roads in the villages of Semenovskoye, Berezki, Bolshoye Svyatsovo, Ladyino, as well as several adjacent territories in the village of Maryino.
Igor Rudenya gave relevant instructions to the regional transport ministry.
According to the regional program in the Torzhok district, in 2023-2026 it is planned to repair sections of the Torzhok – Vysokoye – Bernovo – Staritsa highway, in 2023 – the Torzhok – Ramenye highway. Subject to the allocation of additional budget allocations, it is also planned to put the Torzhok – Yakonovo and Torzhok – Lukovnikovo – Darino directorates in order.
In total, about 440 km of regional and inter-municipal roads and 197 km of the local network will be covered by repair works in the Upper Volga region this year.
The priorities in the road sector are to standardize the basic road network, mainly the highways linking the municipalities. In addition to ensuring the accessibility of transport to health, education, culture and sports establishments, the construction and repair of roads to investment sites, the development of tourist destinations.
Igor Rudenya and Elena Khokhlova also discussed issues of housing and communal services and other topical issues.
