67 coal delivery projects expected to be completed by 2027

New Delhi. In the country, 67 projects to transport fuel from the mouth of the coal mine to the destination are expected to be completed by the year 2027. The Ministry of Coal has given this information in a statement issued.

The Ministry of Coal said in a statement issued on Friday that 67 projects are expected to be completed by 2027 to transport fuel from the mouth of the coal mine to the destination. The purpose of these projects (First Mile Connectivity-FMC) is to create a proper transport system to take coal from the mouth of the mine to its destination.

According to the ministry, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Additional Secretary M Nagaraju to assess the progress of FMC projects of coal companies. During this meeting, the Ministry reviewed 67 FMC projects, Coal India (59), SCCL (5) and NLCIL (3). It was then said that these projects would be completed by 2027.
