Chief Minister reviewed campaign preparations
Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will launch the second phase of Chief Minister Public Service Campaign from Alirajpur on May 10. It is worth mentioning that a decision was taken to run the Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign in the state from May 10 to 25. Necessary preparations have been made in this regard in the districts. On Monday, Chief Minister Chouhan discussed preparations related to the campaign with the collectors of various districts including Raisen, Sehore, Dewas, Dhar, Bhopal, Sidhi, Ujjain, Datia, Khargone and Gwalior.
The Chief Minister said that the campaigns conducted in the past to solve the problems of the citizens have been successful. The first phase of the campaign, Vikas Yatrayan and the registration campaign for Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana has been popular and meaningful. The aim of the state government is that the eligible people get the benefits of the schemes. They should get service without giving or taking, on time without any hassle. Those who mess up in works related to the public will be punished. He said that he himself would go to the villages and cities and take stock of the campaign.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the ministers in charge of the districts will also participate in the public service campaign. Time bound action should be taken by the departments on the pending applications. Newly received complaints will also be resolved. Collectors should make necessary framework at the district level to provide service to the general public at their doorstep without going astray. District-wise analysis should also be done according to the local conditions. 67 major services related to general public mainly include birth death certificate, driving license, local resident certificate, partition, undisputed nomination, building permission, registration of vehicles.
He said that there should be a real solution to the problems of the people. This work should not be just a ritual. The action taken in the campaign is also a test of the hard work of the collectors. Work to make your districts problem-free. The framework for setting up camps at ward and gram panchayat level should be decided. Action should also be taken on new applications. These efforts will make this campaign worthwhile.
The Chief Minister took information about the preparations for the upcoming programs
The Chief Minister interacted with the concerned collectors through video conferencing at Samatva Bhawan on Monday late evening and got information about the preparations for the programs being organized in various districts in the coming week. He organized Mahila Sammelan in Mandsaur district on May 11 and Bhoomi Poojan of pressurized micro mega project, cow protection resolution conference at Lalpared Maidan in Bhopal on May 12 and inaugurated 400 animal and cattle ambulances in all the development blocks of the state on May 12. On receiving information about the preparations being made for women’s conference to be held in Amarpatan of Satna district and Umaria district on May 13, gave instructions.
