“About 400 rockets were fired at Israel, about a quarter of them fell in the Gaza Strip, a significant part of the rockets fell in open areas, some of the rockets were shot down and, unfortunately, several hits on homes have been registered,” Gallant said.
Today the Gaza Strip launched a missile attack on Israel in response to the morning attack.
Earlier, on May 9, it was reported that a Russian had been killed during Israel’s bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
Political observer Andrei Perla, in an interview with Paragraph, noted that such bombardment is nothing special and is just a “seasonal exacerbation”. According to him, the internal Israeli situation obliges the Israeli leaders to show strength in their relations with Palestine.
