Health Ministry chief Murashko said Prilepin’s discharge from hospital was not yet scheduled

Writer Zakhar Prilepin, who was injured in the assassination attempt, will spend some time in hospital. Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Michal Murashko spoke about Prilepin’s state of health.

“Normal condition, treatment continues,” he said.

The Ministry of Health organized the arrival of medical specialists from specialized research institutes in Nizhny Novgorod for consultations. Prilepin’s discharge from the hospital is currently not planned.

Recall that on May 9, the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, visited the injured writer in the hospital and released the first video with him. Prilepin congratulated everyone on Victory Day.

Earlier it was reported that Zakhar Prilepin was injured in a terrorist attack in the Nizhny Novgorod region on May 6, the driver of his car died. Alexander Permyakov was arrested for committing this crime. According to investigators, he was recruited by Ukrainian special services and detonated two plastid-charged anti-tank mines. The man studied the route of Prilepin and buried mines on the way to the house, one of them was hit by a car.
