Chief Minister reviewed public service campaign 2.0

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the Chief Minister Public Service Campaign, which started on May 10, is getting good results. The disposal of applications being received in the campaign is going on fast. In the districts where the percentage of disposal of applications is less, the collector should ensure that they are disposed of expeditiously.

Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign 2.0 through video conferencing late Saturday evening at the Samatva Bhavan of his residence office. Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar, Principal Secretary Women and Child Development Deepali Rastogi and other officers were present in the meeting. People’s representatives, commissioners and collectors of the districts were connected virtually.

The Chief Minister said that the disposal of applications has been the best in Sehore district. Other districts including Indore, Chhindwara, Betul, Vidisha are also disposing of applications expeditiously. He congratulated the collectors of the districts for doing good work and also inquired about the efforts made for redressal. Collectors of districts with low percentage of disposal of applications were also questioned. The Chief Minister said that the distribution of acceptance letters to the people should be ensured through public representatives in the campaign.

He said that the complaints of CM Helpline in Rewa have been redressed expeditiously. Most complaints were pending here. Congratulations were also given to Indore, Satna and Bhopal for their good solutions. In Dindori district, a good innovation has been made in promoting the campaign in the hot markets. A very good work has been done to provide compassionate appointment by setting up a camp in Chhatarpur. In Gwalior, people’s representatives are giving benefits of the campaign by going door-to-door. Mobile Revenue Court has been started in Niwari. Good innovations have also taken place in Sheopur, Harda, Ratlam.

The Chief Minister said that 67 services of 15 departments should be provided on priority in the campaign. He also took information about the campaign from public representatives. He said that the commissioner should do monitoring in all the districts of the division. No one should have to wander for his work. The work of the public should be done easily. People should not have to go round the offices. People’s representatives should also publicize the campaign, so that the public’s faith in the government increases.

33 thousand 566 camps were organized in the first three days

It was told in the meeting that a total of 33 thousand 566 camps were organized in the first three days of the campaign, in which more than 11 lakh 62 thousand applications have been accepted. Maximum number of applications have been received in the Cooperative Department for renewal of 2 lakh 56 thousand 553 farmer’s credit cards. 2 lakh 3 thousand 573 related to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe certificate under General Administration Department, one lakh 32 thousand 740 for backward caste certificate and one lakh 3 thousand 185 for undisputed enrollment under Revenue Department and Khasra- 91 thousand 112 applications have been received for copies of Khatauni.

It was informed that in the five districts where the maximum number of applications were received, 1 lakh 30 thousand 817 were received in Khargone district, 92 thousand 12 in Indore, 65 thousand 371 in Betul, 62 thousand 379 in Sehore and 50 thousand 275 in Vidisha district. have happened Sehore 90.71 per cent, Vidisha 89.50 per cent, Chhindwara 88.2 per cent, Barwani 85.4 per cent and Balaghat 83.1 per cent have been resolved in the 5 districts which have disposed off the most applications.

Redressal of more than 38 thousand complaints of CM Helpline

It was informed that till April 15, 2023, 2 lakh 87 thousand 106 complaints were pending in the CM helpline in the entire state. Out of these complaints, 38 thousand 200 complaints have been redressed in the campaign in just 3 days. In resolving the complaints of CM Helpline, maximum 2 thousand 805 complaints have been resolved in Rewa district, one thousand 868 in Indore, one thousand 487 in Satna, one thousand 410 in Shivpuri and one thousand 364 in Bhopal district.
