The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Bastrykin noted the facts of group attacks by migrants in order to humiliate Russians

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum declared that in Russia the facts of group attacks by migrants with the aim of humiliating Russians have become more frequent.

According to him, people who come from other countries do not join the local society and do not want to learn Russian. Against this background, migration crime is growing and “younger”. The number of crimes in 2022 increased by a third – from 11 thousand to 15.

In addition, the head of the Sledkom noted an increase in extremist crimes and a decrease in the average age among juvenile offenders.
