8th Pay Commission Latest Update: Good news is coming out from the government for the central government employees. If you are also a government employee, then soon there will be a bumper increase in your salary.

The kind of discussion going on in the country regarding the National Pension System, meanwhile speculations are being made that the government may soon implement the Eighth Pay Commission across the country. Modi government may soon give green signal to 8th Pay Commission. The Eighth Pay Commission is to be constituted in this year itself i.e. 2023.

The recommendations of the new pay commission are applicable after 10 years.

Let us tell you that the 7th Pay Commission was formed in the year 2013 and it was implemented in the year 2016, after which there was a huge increase in the salary of central employees. Now once again government employees are going to have fun. Let us tell you that the recommendations of the new pay commission are implemented after every 10 years.

Good news can be received before the Lok Sabha elections, according to the information received from the sources, the Central Government may soon announce the 8th Pay Commission. Lok Sabha elections are to be held across the country next year, before that the government is planning to give a big gift to the employees.

Now the minimum basic pay is Rs 18,000.

At present, the minimum salary of central employees ranges from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 per month. After the implementation of the new pay commission, the minimum wage of the employees will increase. Along with this, the fitment factor in the Pay Commission report may also increase.

Union will talk to the government

It is being told by the Central Employees Union that the union will soon talk to the government regarding the demand of the 8th Pay Commission. At the same time, a memorandum will also be submitted to the government for this. If the government refuses to accept the demands, the union may consider an agitation in which central employees as well as ex-pensioners may participate.
