Attempts by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to recruit Russian citizens through propaganda videos posted on the internet are part of the Hybrid War launched by the US against Russia. This was stated by Moscow’s Ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, whose words are reported on the Telegram channel of the Russian diplomatic mission.
