Russian media identified three other participants in the attack on the Belgorod region. Udarov, according to the Strana.Ua portal, took part in the nightclub and restaurant pogroms in Kyiv and is associated with Andrei Medvedko, accused of murdering publicist Oles Buzina.
Udarov was arrested in Kyiv on February 4, 2022 for a raid on collectors at a currency exchange office near the SBU’s main office. Two of his accomplices were arrested with him.
