Mango – 3 Milk – 2 liters Sugar – 4 spoon Pistachios – 4 spoon Almond – 3 spoon Curd – 2 cup Saffron – 6 threads
Method

First of all, you have to pour milk in a vessel and heat it by keeping it on the gas. After this, mix saffron in milk and boil it well. After mixing the saffron well in the milk, cool the milk. Now you have to peel the mango and put it in the mixer and prepare a thick paste. After this, you have to mix sugar, saffron milk and curd in a bowl and add it to the mixture and cook for 15 minutes. After this, garnish with pistachios and almonds and keep it in the fridge. Your Mango Shrikhand is ready.
