extreme of brutality

– Anil Narendra

Can’t understand what has happened to our society? Our society has crossed all limits of cruelty. This cycle of cruelty that started with Nirbhaya is not taking the name of stopping. The murder of a woman and similar incidents have come to the fore in Samandar area adjacent to Mumbai.

He has once again made everyone wonder how a man can stoop to such an extent as to be so barbaric against his own fellow man. The manner in which Manoj Sane disposed of the dead body of his live-in girlfriend, Saraswati Vaidh, after allegedly killing her, is so heinous, gruesome and obsessive that it raises doubts about his mental balance . This shocking case of Mumbai reminds us of the Shraddha Walkar murder. This matter came to the fore in Delhi in November last year.

According to the Delhi Police, in May last year, 27-year-old Shraddha Walkar was murdered by Aftab Poonawalla and her body was dismembered and dumped in a forest. A 56-year-old accused murdered his 32-year-old live-in partner and dismembered her with a saw in Mora Road area of Mumbai. The accused cut the dead body into pieces and boiled it in a cooker. Police suspect that he fed the boiled meat to the cattle. The name of the accused is Manoj Sane. Despite this, when the police entered inside by breaking the door, the pieces of dead body, hair and blood kept from the bedroom to the kitchen were testifying to the brutality and inhumanity of the crime.

The full truth of this hair-raising case will come out only after investigation, but it is clear that the woman, 24 years younger than her male friend and raised in an orphanage, would have been more vulnerable and insecure than the women of the society. Seen in the light of the murder of Shraddha Walkar a year ago, who was also in a live-in relationship, it can be said that cohabitation is insecure as compared to marriage, as it does not involve families and society. Although murder is a heinous crime after all, but with this incident in Mumbai, it takes time to believe in such cases many times. After all, a normal looking person becomes such that after killing his own partner, he crosses all limits of cruelty to save himself? For some time, such incidents are often being seen, in which a man living in symbiosis not only killed his female partner, but crossed all limits of insensitivity to hide her dead body for the purpose of saving himself. . From the government to the society, there is a need to consider many other aspects apart from dealing with such crimes through the law. It is natural to be concerned about live-in relationships as well.
