Aron Mola tried some mind-blowing stuff – “Two days later it was the opposite, absolutely awful and dungeons opened up”

– Published on:

“A crazy experience, disgustingly humorous and we laughed,” says actor Aron Már Ólafsson, better known as Aron Mola, about his trip and his friends in South America where they are. went to meet. Aron Mola says there was no electricity where they were staying, so they had already downloaded a lot of shows with Joe Rogan to listen to. “All we did was lay in hammocks and listen to Joe Rogan, eat one meal a day.”

Aron Mola is the latest guest on the podcast show Gätustrákar, which Bjarki Viðarson and Aron Mímir Gylfason take care of. In the show, he tells the story of his failure in drama school, started Snapchat, which made his life and popularity grow exponentially. Aron Mola had success in his roles in the drama show Niu líf and in the series Svartu sandar, Ófærd, Verbúðinn and Aftureldingu.

In the excerpt that can be seen below, Aron recounts his trip and that of his friend to South America where they tried Ayahuasca, a substance that expands the mind, and Aron recounts the effect that it got on him.

First, he says that after a trip on the Inca Trails, the friends had a cough, an authentic Icelandic cough, and they were offered a drink with the cough.

“I just remember taking it and it was like drain cleaner or gasoline, it smelled bad and it went down really hard. Then the airway closed and I collapsed and couldn’t breathe, while the man stood there laughing at us. Then after five minutes I was back and the cough was gone. And I thought, “Why isn’t this available in the pharmacies at home?” laughs Aron.

“No one in the first world wants to wake up in the morning lying in a fetal position and unable to breathe.” Worked great for three months, didn’t need a cup of coffee when I woke up, confused example, looked exactly like ginger, same family apparently.”

Aron says it was then time for the big moment to take Ayahuasca. “It was good compared to tobacco juice, it’s gasoline. I had never done that before, experienced psychedelics,” says Aron, who says he nervously took the cup that suited him.

“I was like, ‘Is that cool, should I do this?’ Then a little voice just said fuck and I broke it. I looked at my friend and said there was no turning back now.”

Aron Mola says it was a journey, but for the first hour he felt nothing. So he drank another cup. Then some things happened that Aron has already promised his friend will be told about later in a subscription episode.

“I remember sitting outside in absolute calm and all of a sudden there was a gust of wind behind me like someone was running and I was like what was happening.” The farmer, (who was with Aron and his friends that night) was outside peeing with a flashlight, then he comes walking and I see all the shapes of all the colors around him when he’s arrived. They chased him and filled the space, everything started dancing up and down, and the ground was strange. Pretty huge and I’m tripping,” Aron says. Meanwhile, his friend was vomiting and not feeling any effects.

“I saw a green woman enter space and I lay down on her lap and entered another dimension. I did it twice, the first time was really good and I saw many good things about me and all the good and warmth in my life. Two days later it was the polar opposite, absolutely terrible and dungeons were opening up. Nonetheless, very enlightening, wholesome and good as I say.”
