Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

No change intentions with Leipzig striker Poulsen

Leipzig – Striker Yussuf Poulsen from RB Leipzig reacted in surprise to reports about his alleged change intentions. “I was thinking of an April Fool’s joke yesterday when I read it – there’s nothing to it,” said the Danish international to the German Press Agency.

The longest-serving professional in Julian Nagelsmann’s squad, who has played 248 missions in an RB jersey since moving from Lyngby BK in 2013, is currently not considering a change. The 25-year-old’s contract runs until June 30, 2022. His player advisor Poul-Erik Petersen had also emphasized at the Danish broadcaster TV 2 that Poulsen “did not ask for a change” and “there were no negotiations with other clubs”.

The “Sport Bild” had reported that the Dane saw no future at RB and asked the club for a release. He should deal with the English Premier League as the most likely target.
