Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Ukraine closes borders for foreigners

The state border of Ukraine will be closed for the entry of foreign citizens until the end of September. The corresponding decision will be taken by the country’s government, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said.

“In connection with the level of the disease (coronavirus infection COVID-19 – TRUD.RU), we must protect our fellow citizens and show responsibility to our foreign partners,” Shmyhal said.

The chairman of the cabinet added that only those who have a residence permit or work in international or humanitarian missions will be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine.
