Among those who fell under the sanctions are the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev, the governor of the Tula region Alexei Dyumin, the deputy mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov, the former Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov, the head of Nord Stream 2, who is considered a friend of Vladimir Putin, Matthias Warnig, son of former Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak Alexei Kozak, mother of gymnast Alina Kabaeva Lyubov Kabaeva.
In addition, British sanctions have affected the management of Russian state enterprises. The leaders of Rosatom, the defense enterprises of Rostec and Almaz-Antey, representatives of Aeroflot and Gazprom fell under the sanctions. The sanctions also affected the activities of four Russian banks: Uralsib, Zenith, MTS Bank and Bank Saint Petersburg (BSPB).
By the same document, Britain introduced an export ban on all components that Russia can use to produce weapons and military equipment. These are aviation parts, radio equipment and electronic components that can be used by the Russian military-industrial complex.
